Marketing Executive – Field Marketing
Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Marketing Executive – Field Marketing to promote Active Planet through direct marketing and outdoor promotional activities. The role will involve visiting schools, colleges, companies, institutions, residential communities, and other potential customer groups to create awareness, generate leads, and increase park visits and business opportunities.
The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with different types of customers, comfortable with field work, and capable of building strong business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute field marketing activities to promote Active Planet and its services.
- Visit schools, colleges, companies, institutions, residential communities, and other potential customer locations.
- Identify new marketing opportunities and generate leads through field visits.
- Approach schools and organizations for educational trips, group visits, corporate outings, events, and other packages.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with schools, companies, institutions, and other business partners.
- Conduct direct promotional activities and distribute marketing materials.
- Coordinate with the internal marketing and operations teams to execute promotional campaigns.
- Follow up with leads generated through field activities and convert them into bookings or business opportunities.
- Participate in events, exhibitions, promotional campaigns, roadshows, and other marketing activities.
- Collect customer and market feedback and share relevant information with the Marketing Manager.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify new promotional opportunities.
- Maintain proper records of field visits, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Prepare regular reports on field marketing activities and results.
- Achieve assigned marketing and lead-generation targets.
- Represent the company professionally during all external meetings and promotional activities.
- Perform other marketing-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or diploma , SSLC , Higher Secondary
- Candidates with relevant experience in field marketing, sales, business development, promotions, or customer acquisition will be preferred.
Experience
0–2 years of experience in field marketing, sales, business development, or a similar role is preferred.
