- Accreditation Management: Leads the hospital through the initial NABH accreditation and subsequent reaccreditation processes.
- Audits & Compliance: Conducts routine internal audits, performs gap analyses, and prepares documentation to ensure continuous compliance.
- Staff Training: Educates hospital staff and departmental heads on NABH protocols, patient safety norms, and infection control.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitors patient safety indicators and clinical quality parameters to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Liaison: Serves as the primary contact between the hospital administration and external NABH assessors.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
