Executive Assistant – Bharat Head & Operations
Position Summary
The Executive Assistant – Bharat Head & Operations is a dynamic, tech-savvy, and highly organized professional responsible for supporting the Bharat Head in driving operational excellence, executive priorities, and organizational efficiency. The role requires a proactive individual who can coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage executive operations, create impactful digital content, and leverage modern technologies and AI tools to enhance productivity across the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support
- Manage the Bharat Head's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, minutes, and action trackers.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of priorities.
- Manage confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
- Monitor and follow up on strategic action items and commitments.
Operations Management
- Assist in coordinating day-to-day operational activities across departments.
- Track organizational priorities, projects, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare operational dashboards, reports, and performance trackers.
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings and monitor progress on key initiatives.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend efficient workflows.
- Support the Bharat Head in executing strategic and operational initiatives.
Social Media & Digital Communications
- Plan, design, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms.
- Develop creatives, presentations, newsletters, and communication materials aligned with organizational branding.
- Monitor engagement metrics and recommend improvements to digital communication strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and social media trends.
Design & Content Creation
- Create professional graphics, infographics, presentations, brochures, and promotional materials using tools such as Canva and PowerPoint.
- Edit basic videos and visual content for internal and external communications.
- Maintain consistency with organizational branding guidelines.
Technology & Innovation
- Continuously explore AI tools and emerging technologies that improve productivity and streamline operations.
- Recommend and implement automation solutions for repetitive administrative and operational tasks.
- Support adoption of digital collaboration and project management tools.
- Stay informed about modern workplace technologies and best practices.
Data Management & Reporting
- Develop and maintain Excel dashboards, trackers, and reports.
- Analyze operational data and prepare meaningful insights for decision-making.
- Ensure accuracy, organization, and timely reporting of information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in executive assistance, operations coordination, project coordination, or a similar role.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, charts, dashboards, formulas).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, and basic graphic design.
- Good understanding of social media management and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Canva AI, Notion AI, and workflow automation platforms.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
