- Sales Administration: Process incoming sales orders, verify pricing, manage contracts, and handle invoicing with high accuracy.
- Customer Support: Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, provide product information, and swiftly resolve any issues.
- Lead & CRM Management: Distribute inbound leads to appropriate sales representatives, schedule meetings, and maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate weekly and monthly sales reports, track individual and team quotas, and assist with data analysis to optimize sales performance.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Liaise with marketing, logistics, finance, and product teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment on customer requirements.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
