Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and responsible General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our textile retail store. The candidate will be responsible for managing staff, monitoring sales and customer service, maintaining store standards, and ensuring smooth overall operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise, guide and motivate staff.
- Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving sales targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline and performance.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain proper stock, store presentation and operational standards.
- Prepare and review daily and monthly sales and operational reports.
- Implement company policies and procedures.
- Support management in achieving business and operational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Highly experienced in retail management or a similar managerial role.
- Experience in textile or fashion retail will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Good communication and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Knowledge of sales, customer service and store operations.
Salary: ₹25000- ₹35000 per month, depending on experience.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
