Core Responsibilities
- Beverage Preparation: Craft espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages to exact company recipes and standards.
- Customer Service: Greet customers, answer menu questions, and ensure a positive and welcoming experience.
- Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain grinders, espresso machines, and brewing equipment.
- Sanitation & Cleanliness: Keep countertops, workstations, and seating areas tidy and compliant with health codes.
- Transactions & Inventory: Process cash and card payments accurately and help restock supplies as needed.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of coffee brewing methods, latte art, and espresso extraction science.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long hours and lift heavy items like milk crates or coffee bags.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and early mornings.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
