Prime Infoserv is a leading Cyber Advisory and Managed Security Services (MSS) company, providing cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and compliance solutions. We are looking for proactive Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to engage with potential customers, generate leads, and support sales efforts through effective communication.
Job Summary:
As an SDR (Telecaller), you will be responsible for outbound and inbound calls, identifying potential customers, and qualifying leads for the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a customer-focused approach. You will play a key role in expanding Prime Infoserv’s customer base by nurturing relationships and ensuring high engagement levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and set up meetings.
- Follow up on inbound inquiries and nurture leads through effective communication.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs.
- Qualify leads based on sales criteria and pass them to the sales team for closure.
- Explain cybersecurity and IT services to potential clients in a simple, engaging manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve conversion rates.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and sales objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Any Graduate (BBA, BCom, BA, BSc preferred) or equivalent.
- Experience: 0-3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Proficiency in Hindi or Bengali is a plus.
- Sales Acumen: Strong persuasion skills and ability to handle customer objections.
- CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM software and data entry processes is an advantage.
- Target Orientation: Ability to meet and exceed call volume and conversion targets.
- Customer Focus: A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer engagement.
