Handle inbound and outbound calls for UK-based customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Understand customer requirements, queries, and concerns, and provide accurate and timely solutions.
Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain call quality standards, professionalism, and empathy in every interaction.
Sales & Conversion
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Convert leads into successful sales while achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Follow up on interested leads and ensure timely closure.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales updates in the CRM system.
Process Adherence & Compliance
Follow UK process guidelines, scripts, and company policies strictly.
Ensure data protection and confidentiality of customer information at all times.
Meet quality, productivity, and compliance benchmarks consistently.
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve team and organizational goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent (UK shift experience preferred).
Prior experience in BPO, Sales, Customer Support, or International Calling (UK process is an added advantage).
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Target-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under pressure.
Basic computer knowledge and experience working with CRM systems.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
