Job Title: Project Engineer (PMP Certified)

Experience
5–10 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in residential, hospitality, commercial, or institutional projects.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification completed or active PMP credential preferred.
- Additional certifications in construction management or project planning will be an advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to handover.
- Develop project schedules, milestones, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor project progress, budget, quality, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Conduct regular site visits and progress reviews.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, safety standards, and statutory regulations.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports.
- Manage project documentation, approvals, and communication with stakeholders.
- Review contractor bills, variations, and project claims.
- Facilitate project meetings and maintain action trackers.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of project materials and resources.
- Support project planning using project management methodologies and best practices.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of project management principles and construction methodologies.
- Proficiency in project scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
- Good knowledge of construction contracts, BOQ, and cost control.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Familiarity with quality assurance and safety management procedures.
