Senior Accountant Job Description
Position : Senior Accountant
Company : MODEM AD AGENCY PVT LTD
Location : Patna
Salary : ₹25,000 per month
Working Days : Monday to Saturday
Timing : 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle complete day-to-day accounting and financial operations
- Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
- Manage billing, invoicing, vendor payments, and outstanding follow-ups
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and expense reports
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, and banks when required
- Maintain proper accounting records in Tally and MS Excel
- Monitor cash flow and ensure accuracy in all accounting entries
- Handle salary processing and other office accounting work
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting
- Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and MS Word
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting procedures
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Responsible, hardworking, and detail-oriented
Qualification:
- Graduate in Commerce/Accounts preferred
Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
