Job Summary
Makin Developers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise and manage day-to-day construction site activities. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in contractor-based civil construction projects and be capable of leading site teams while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil construction activities at the project site.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, subcontractors, and labour teams.
- Execute work according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor structural, RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, brickwork, plastering, finishing, and other civil works.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Maintain daily work progress and report updates to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.
- Enforce quality standards and company safety procedures on site.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues to avoid project delays.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline at the construction site.
- Verify measurements and ensure work is completed as per project specifications.
