We are looking for a Service Engineer – Kitchen Chimney & Water Purifier for our Kolkata operations. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, servicing, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of kitchen chimneys and water purifiers at customer locations. The role involves visiting customers, identifying technical issues, providing effective solutions and ensuring excellent after-sales service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and commission kitchen chimneys and water purifiers.
- Perform regular servicing, maintenance and repairs.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot product-related technical issues.
- Attend customer service calls and resolve complaints professionally.
- Explain basic product operation and maintenance to customers.
- Maintain proper service records and report completed jobs.
- Travel to different customer locations as required.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and quality service.
Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Refrigeration or a related technical field preferred.
- Previous experience in home-appliance servicing will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic components and tools.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for field service.
- Freshers with relevant technical qualifications may also apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
