Job Summary
The Housekeeping Executive is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall upkeep of the assigned premises. The role includes supervising housekeeping staff, ensuring quality standards are maintained, managing housekeeping materials, and providing a clean, safe, and pleasant environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
- Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned and maintained according to company standards.
- Conduct routine inspections of work areas and maintain housekeeping quality.
- Prepare and manage housekeeping duty rosters and shift schedules.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and performance of housekeeping staff.
- Ensure the availability and proper usage of cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment.
- Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and raise replenishment requests as required.
- Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and company policies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance and other departments to resolve housekeeping-related issues.
- Handle customer/client complaints related to housekeeping services and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain housekeeping records, checklists, inspection reports, and daily logs.
- Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal as per company guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in housekeeping or facility management.
- Experience in team supervision is preferred.
Required Skills
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and cleaning chemicals.
- Ability to plan and organize daily operations.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, and email).
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Working Conditions
- Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
- Frequent movement across the facility for inspections and supervision.

- Housekeeping quality audit scores.
- Cleanliness and hygiene standards maintained.

Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
