About the Role
We are looking for a practical AI Workflow & Automation Developer to build secure, scalable internal AI systems for our LegalTech operations. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on workflow automation, AI integrations, backend development, document processing, and internal business applications.
This is not a research or prompt-engineering role. We need someone who can build production-ready systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop AI-powered workflow automation solutions.
- Build and maintain internal CRM, dashboards, and operational tools.
- Integrate OpenAI APIs, LLMs, and third-party APIs.
- Develop backend services using Python and/or Node.js.
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB databases.
- Build document processing workflows (OCR, AI extraction, validation).
- Develop REST APIs and integrate external services.
- Create automation workflows using tools like n8n.
- Collaborate on scalable architecture and deployment.
- Maintain code quality using Git and proper documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python.
- Experience with React.js / Next.js.
- Strong backend development using Node.js/Express or Python frameworks.
- Experience with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, AI Agents, or LLM integrations.
- Database knowledge: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB.
- REST API development and third-party API integrations.
- Git/GitHub version control.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- n8n or workflow automation platforms.
- OCR and document processing.
- Docker, Linux, VPS deployment.
- Elasticsearch or vector databases.
- Experience building CRM/ERP or business automation systems.

- Practical developer with production experience.
- Strong ownership and communication.
- Comfortable working with milestones and structured reporting.
