- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, desserts, and other bakery items.
- Develop and standardize recipes to ensure consistency and quality.
- Decorate cakes and pastries according to company standards.
- Monitor ingredient quality and maintain proper inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
- Minimize food waste and control production costs.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery section.
- Train and guide junior bakery staff when required.
- Assist in creating seasonal and innovative dessert menus.
