Roles & Responsibilities
· Supervise day-to-day construction activities for high-rise residential and commercial projects.
· Ensure execution of RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and finishing works.
· Interpret civil construction drawings, structural drawings, and BOQs.
· Manage slab casting cycles and vertical construction progress (G+10+ projects).
· Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance as directed by Site Engineer / Project Manager/ Quality Head.
· Enforce construction safety standards, PPE compliance as directed by Project Manager / Site Engineer / management.
· Manage subcontractors, labor teams, productivity, and construction timelines.
· Maintain Daily site documentation and support contractor billing verification and measurement records.
Education and Experience Requirements
· Minimum 10th or 10+2
· 5–10 years of experience in real estate construction.
· Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects (G+10 or above).
· Strong knowledge of RCC Structural works, Electrical, Plumbing and finishing works.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
