MetroHandz is looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Care & Booking Executive to handle customer inquiries, schedule service bookings, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with field service teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails professionally.
- Explain MetroHandz services, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Book and schedule service appointments accurately.
- Coordinate with vendors and technicians for timely service delivery.
- Follow up with customers before and after service completion.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain customer records and booking details in the CRM or Excel.
- Confirm appointments and send reminders to customers.
- Collect customer feedback and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Meet daily booking and customer service targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic English communication is preferred.
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email).
- Experience with WhatsApp Business and CRM software is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate or Diploma.
- Freshers can apply.
- 0–2 years of experience in customer support, telecalling, or booking coordination is preferred.
Working Hours
- Full-time
- 6 days a week
- Rotational weekly off (if applicable)
Salary
- ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
