The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in rotary die encapsulation, gelatin preparation, and complex suspension formulations. This leadership role is critical for ensuring that all production activities strictly adhere to the revised CDSCO Schedule M and WHO-GMP guidelines, while optimizing yields and maintaining flawless documentation practices.
