We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Store Manager for our LELA store at AIRIA Mall, Gurgaon. We are looking for someone who is dependable, takes ownership of responsibilities, and can independently manage store operations whenever required.
The ideal candidate should be willing to travel conveniently to AIRIA Mall, possess a strong customer-first approach, and be passionate about fashion retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
· Support the Store Manager in managing complete day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth business functioning.
· Take ownership of the store and independently manage operations whenever the Store Manager is unavailable.
· Deliver an exceptional shopping experience by understanding customer requirements and providing styling and product recommendations.
· Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
· Achieve individual and store sales targets through excellent customer engagement and product knowledge.
· Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally while ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
· Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, product presentation, cleanliness, and overall store appearance in line with LELA brand standards.
· Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively to maximize customer engagement and sales.
· Monitor stock availability and coordinate timely replenishment to avoid stock shortages.
· Manage inventory, participate in stock audits, and ensure accurate stock movement between the store and warehouse.
· Minimize inventory discrepancies and prevent stock loss through proper monitoring and compliance.
· Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, POS operations, and adherence to company policies and operational procedures.
· Monitor daily sales performance, customer feedback, and store KPIs while suggesting improvements to enhance business performance.
· Stay updated with women's fashion trends, seasonal collections, and customer preferences to provide better styling assistance and improve conversions.
Skills & Requirements
· 2–4 years of experience in fashion or lifestyle retail.
· Previous experience in a supervisory or Assistant Store Manager role will be preferred.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
· Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and accountability.
· Ability to independently manage store operations whenever required.
· Good understanding of retail operations, inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales.
· Familiarity with POS systems and basic MS Office applications.
· Well-groomed personality with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
· Comfortable travelling to AIRIA Mall, Gurgaon, and working flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Design, Business Administration, Retail Management, or any related field.
Prior experience with women's fashion, premium apparel, or lifestyle brands will be an added advantage.
· Candidates residing in or near Gurgaon will be given preference.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
