About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, cold email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and prospect research, with a strong focus on generating qualified leads and booking meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Build ICP-based prospect lists for B2B lead generation.
- Research and verify leads, companies, decision-makers, and contact information.
- Set up, manage, and optimize cold email campaigns.
- Create personalized email sequences to improve response and conversion rates.
- Manage LinkedIn outreach using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Monitor and improve email deliverability, open rates, reply rates, and campaign performance.
- Track leads, responses, and meetings booked.
- Prepare weekly campaign performance reports.
- Continuously test and optimize subject lines, messaging, targeting, and campaign strategies.
Required Skills & Tools
- Hands-on experience with Apollo.io, Instantly, Saleshandy, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of B2B cold email marketing and lead generation.
- Experience targeting international markets such as US, UK, Canada, Europe, and UAE.
- Good research, analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
- Understanding of email deliverability and campaign optimization.
- Ability to work independently and achieve lead-generation targets.
