We are looking for a creative, passionate, and proactive Graphic Designer with motion graphics/VFX skills to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging graphics for social media, digital marketing campaigns, websites, and mobile applications.
- Create promotional materials including brochures, banners, presentations, posters, and branding assets.
- Develop creative visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Create and edit motion graphics, VFX, and promotional videos using industry-standard software.
- Edit images, videos, and digital content for various online platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to deliver impactful creatives.
- Maintain consistency across all branding and communication channels.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and bring fresh creative ideas to the team.
Role Overview
This is more than just a graphic design role. We are looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and capable of planning and executing creative campaigns in a fast-paced EdTech environment. The ideal candidate should take ownership of projects, think creatively, and contribute innovative ideas that enhance our brand presence.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of professional experience in Graphic Design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other design tools.
- Experience with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or other motion graphics/VFX software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, motion graphics, and VFX work.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with educational, technology, or healthcare brands.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is an added advantage.
