Position Overview
We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with approximately 3 years of experience in software testing, specifically within the logistics and supply chain domain. The ideal candidate will ensure the quality and reliability of logistics applications, including warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), and order fulfillment platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design, document, and execute test plans and test cases for logistics applications.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing for modules such as shipment tracking, inventory management, and order processing.
Validate data flows between ERP, WMS, and TMS systems.
Conduct API testing for logistics integrations (e.g., carrier APIs, warehouse automation systems).
·Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and logistics SMEs to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3 years of hands-on QA experience, with exposure to logistics or supply chain systems.
Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Exposure to API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured).
Knowledge of EDI transactions and carrier integrations.
Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
Understanding of logistics KPIs (on-time delivery, order accuracy, inventory turnover).
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
