We are looking for an experienced and reliable candidate for a Back Office and Administration role. The ideal candidate should be well organised, confident in communication and comfortable handling day to day administrative and basic accounting support work.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing emails, correspondence and follow ups
Drafting professional emails and maintaining communication records
Handling back office documentation and data entry
Assisting with basic accounting and administrative tasks
Maintaining records, files and office related information
Coordinating with internal team members and clients where required
Preparing reports, spreadsheets and other office documents
Supporting daily operational tasks as assigned
Key Skills Required:
Proficient in using computer, MS Word, Excel and basic office tools
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong email drafting and email management skills
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
Basic understanding of accounting or bookkeeping will be preferred
Professional attitude and willingness to learn
Experience Required:
Prior experience in back office, administration, accounts support or similar role is preferred.
