Job Summary
ShikshaSphere is looking for an experienced and engaging SSC GD Mathematics Teacher to conduct high-quality online live classes. This is a part-time, fully remote, work-from-home position.
The ideal candidate should have a strong command of the SSC GD Mathematics syllabus, excellent teaching and communication skills, and their own professional studio setup suitable for live streaming and video production.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interactive live Mathematics classes for SSC GD aspirants.
- Cover the complete SSC GD Mathematics syllabus in a structured manner.
- Explain concepts using simple, exam-oriented methods and short tricks.
- Conduct topic-wise and full-syllabus practice sessions.
- Solve Previous Year Questions (PYQs) and Previous Year Papers (PYPs).
- Conduct mock tests, test discussions and detailed solution sessions.
- Record exam-oriented generic and concept-based videos.
- Create engaging educational short videos for YouTube and social media platforms.
- Maintain accuracy, clarity and consistency across all live and recorded content.
- Engage with students during live sessions and resolve their academic doubts.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Graduation from a recognised university.
- Minimum 1 year of experience teaching Mathematics for SSC or other government competitive examinations.
- Strong knowledge of the latest SSC GD Mathematics syllabus and examination pattern.
- Excellent Hindi communication, teaching and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain mathematical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Previous experience conducting live classes on YouTube or other online platforms is preferred.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and creating both long-form and short-form educational videos.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a consistent teaching schedule in a remote working environment.
Mandatory Home Studio Setup
As this is a fully remote position, the candidate must have their own professional studio setup, including:
- 75-inch interactive panel or digital teaching board
- High-quality wireless headset microphone, such as the Sennheiser XSW 1-ME3-A, or an equivalent professional system
- 4K PTZ camera
- Six professional 2×2-foot panel lights
- High-performance, heavy-duty computer system
- Reliable power backup
- Stable internet connection with speed of up to 1000 Mbps
- Properly lit, audio-treated and distraction-free teaching environment
- Other essential equipment required for professional live streaming and video recording
