What You'll Do:
- Source and hire IT professionals across various technologies
- Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
What We're Looking For:
- 1–3 years of IT recruitment experience
- Strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn, Naukri, and job portals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding of IT roles and technologies
- Target-driven and proactive mindset
