We at LCF are recruiting for the below roles at Hyderabad location.
1. Mobiliser/Outreach Coordinator for Uppal Lighthouse: To mobilize youth from the slum communities and build healthy relationships with these communities. To be a role model and explain the program and its benefits to the youth and their parents from these communities. Ensure maximum enrolment of the youth at the Centre adhering to the enrolment criteria as per the program objective.
2. Spoken English Trainer for Kukatpally Lighthouse :
Responsible for conducting the English skill training for the new students at the assigned Lighthouse.Classroom delivery of English training content to improve students job readiness. Conduct timely student assessments.Providing individual feedback and mentorships to students.
3. Facilitator & Counselor:
- Facilitate Learning: Conduct the Foundation Course for new students
- Track Progress: Monitor attendance and course completion
- Assess Potential: Conduct aptitude, personality, and career-fit assessments
- Counsel Students: Provide 1:1 guidance for informed career choices
- Identify Gaps: Align assessment results with counseling insights and address gaps
- Collaborate: Support the team and foster a positive learning environment
