The Senior Manager will be responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth coordination between sales, accounts, logistics, inventory, customers, and management. The role requires an extroverted, confident, and highly proactive individual with strong communication, leadership, and relationship-management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the overall office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Lead and monitor the sales team, set targets, track performance, and drive achievement of sales objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key/top clients, dealers, institutions, and major customers.
- Personally handle important client meetings, negotiations, follow-ups, and business development activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and take initiatives to increase sales, market share, and customer base.
- Monitor sales, outstanding payments, customer orders, stock availability, and delivery coordination.
- Coordinate with accounts, warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure efficient business operations.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Prepare and share regular sales, collection, customer, and operational reports with the management.
- Ensure discipline, accountability, and productivity among office and sales staff.
- Act as a key point of contact between management, employees, customers, and business partners.
Preferred Candidate:An extroverted, energetic, confident, and result-oriented professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate should be comfortable meeting clients, leading a team, taking responsibility, solving problems independently, and actively contributing to the growth and expansion of OM Lubricants.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
