Job Summary
We are seeking a high-energy Holiday Sales Expert to curate and sell unforgettable travel packages during our peak season. You will match clients with their dream holiday itineraries, maximize booking revenue, and deliver exceptional service from initial inquiry to final booking.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Bookings: Meet seasonal sales targets by converting inquiries into confirmed travel and holiday packages.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client budgets, preferences, and desires to recommend tailored flights, accommodations, tours, and insurance.
- Destination Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge on hot holiday destinations, seasonal trends, and exclusive travel promotions.
- Up-selling: Maximize booking value by promoting room upgrades, extended stays, excursions, and car rentals.
- Customer Support: Resolve booking modifications and handle client inquiries with efficiency and care.
Qualifications
- [1+] years of experience in travel sales, hospitality, or a commission-driven customer service role.
- Deep passion for travel and a strong knowledge of global holiday destinations.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems (GDS) or CRM software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and persuasive negotiation skills.
- Flexibility to work peak booking hours, including weekends.
