About the Role
We are hiring Civil Site Engineers for a reputed engineering solutions company specializing in building maintenance, repair, rehabilitation, and project execution services.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for site inspections, project supervision, quality monitoring, client coordination, and ensuring smooth execution of ongoing projects.
Freshers with a Civil Engineering background and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Site Execution & Supervision
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure timely project execution.
- Coordinate with technicians, contractors, and project teams.
- Monitor work progress and maintain project schedules.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
Site Inspection
- Conduct site visits and assess project requirements.
- Identify site challenges and assist in implementing appropriate solutions.
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain project documentation.
Quality & Safety
- Monitor quality standards during project execution.
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and site protocols.
- Report execution issues and assist in corrective actions.
Client Coordination
- Communicate with clients regarding project progress.
- Support project teams in resolving site-related concerns.
- Maintain positive client relationships throughout project execution.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily site reports and progress records.
- Document project updates, site observations, and completion status.
- Assist in preparing project-related reports and documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 0–3 years of experience in site supervision, project execution, or construction activities.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Basic knowledge of construction practices and site operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office is preferred.
- Willingness to travel to project locations when required.
