We are looking for a visionary Creative Head to lead our creative direction, bridge the gap between traditional storytelling and emerging AI workflows, and elevate our brand’s output to a global standard.
Role Summary
The Creative Head will act as the heartbeat of our production team. You will lead creative strategy for client projects, oversee visual output, and spearhead the implementation of AI tools to enhance our production efficiency. Beyond creative vision, this role requires strong operational leadership to mentor our creative talent, optimize workflows, and rigorously monitor project and client performance to ensure successful, stress-free delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Creative & Production Leadership
Creative Strategy: Define and execute the visual identity and creative direction for high-stakes client projects.
AI Integration: Champion the integration of AI imagery and production tools into existing workflows to drive efficiency and innovation.
Production Oversight: Oversee the end-to-end production pipeline, from conceptualization and storyboarding to final post-production.
Quality Assurance: Maintain a rigorous standard for all outgoing content, ensuring consistent brand voice and technical excellence across diverse client industries.
Team Management & Operations
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and scale the creative team, including videographers, photographers, editors, and designers.
Resource Allocation: Direct daily team operations, efficiently assigning personnel and equipment across concurrent projects to prevent bottlenecks.
Skill Development: Establish clear KPIs for team members, conduct regular performance reviews, and foster a culture of continuous technical and artistic growth.
Client & Performance Monitoring
Client Engagement: Act as the creative lead during client pitches and project scoping, translating business requirements into compelling visual narratives.
Project Health Tracking: Monitor all active projects for budget adherence, timeline milestones, and scope creep, intervening proactively when risks arise.
Performance Analytics: Establish and track metrics for client satisfaction and campaign success. Analyze post-delivery feedback and media performance to continuously refine Vividhut’s creative offerings.
Requirements
Experience: 4+ years of experience in creative direction, media production, or digital advertising, with at least 3 years in a direct team management role.
Technical Proficiency: A deep understanding of modern cameras, lighting setups, and post-production software (Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
AI Literacy: Demonstrated experience or a strong portfolio showcasing the application of generative AI tools in professional media workflows.
Leadership: Proven track record of hiring, mentoring, and retaining creative talent while managing complex project pipelines.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret client feedback, track project profitability, and measure the impact of creative deliverables.
Communication: Excellent presentation skills, capable of communicating complex creative and technical concepts to clients and cross-functional partners.
