Job Responsibilities
Planning Department:
- Production planning and scheduling.
- Monitor daily production targets and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with production, stores, and purchase departments.
- Maintain production planning records and documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of production as per schedule.
Quality Department:
- Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished LED lights.
- Perform quality checks as per company standards.
- Identify quality issues and support corrective actions.
- Maintain quality records and inspection reports.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety procedures.
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of electrical and electronics.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel & MS Office).
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team.
Salary
B.Tech (EEE):
- Freshers: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month
- Experienced: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month
Diploma (EEE):
- Freshers: ₹13,000 – ₹14,000 per month
- Experienced: ₹14,000 – ₹16,000 per month
