Role Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to develop architectural and interior design drawings for residential projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of converting client requirements into practical, aesthetically appealing, and execution-ready designs while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural design layouts based on client requirements.
- Develop detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings
- Coordinate with the sales, project execution, and production teams to ensure design feasibility.
- Revise drawings based on client feedback and site requirements.
- Ensure all drawings comply with company standards, building regulations, and execution requirements.
- Prepare BOQs and material specifications wherever required.
- Support the execution team by providing design clarifications during project implementation.
- Maintain proper documentation and revision history for all design drawings.
- Meet project timelines and deliver high-quality design outputs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 1–4 years of experience in residential architecture or interior design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar visualization software is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of residential planning, detailing, and space optimization.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work within deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
