Key Responsibilities – Food & Beverage Associate (F&B Service)
- Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables while ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high service standards.
- Recommend menu items and provide detailed information about ingredients, preparation methods, and pricing.
- Assist guests with menu selections, dietary preferences, and special requests.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in throughout the dining experience and responding promptly to requests.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and courteously.
- Maintain positive guest relations by delivering exceptional customer service.
- Be knowledgeable about all hotel/restaurant services, facilities, promotions, and nearby attractions to assist guests effectively.
- Practice suggestive selling techniques to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue.
- Prepare and maintain service stations, ensuring adequate stock of tableware, cutlery, condiments, and other service supplies.
- Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently before and after service.
- Follow all Food & Beverage Service Quality Standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and sanitation standards.
- Understand and adhere to all company safety, security, and emergency procedures.
- Be familiar with company loyalty programs and assist guests with related information when required.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
