Position: Recruiter (HR Executive – Recruitment)

About the Role
Maa Kudargarhi Group is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across its diverse business verticals, including Steel Manufacturing, Mining, Alumina, Food Processing, Corporate Functions, and Shared Services. The ideal candidate should possess strong sourcing capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior, middle, and senior-level positions across all business verticals.
- Understand manpower requisitions, job specifications, and hiring priorities from hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment consultants, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates based on technical and behavioral competencies.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and interview panels.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Handle salary negotiations, offer roll-out, documentation, and pre-joining engagement.
- Conduct reference checks and coordinate background verification.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS, hiring trackers, pipeline reports, and TAT reports.
- Build and maintain a quality talent pipeline for recurring and critical positions.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment MIS reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously while meeting hiring timelines.
Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or Graduate with relevant recruitment experience.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Experience in Steel, Mining, Manufacturing, Alumina, Infrastructure, or Industrial sectors will be preferred.
Preferred Competencies
- Coordinate with HR Operations for smooth onboarding and joining formalities.
- Support employer branding initiatives, campus recruitment, job fairs, and social media hiring campaigns.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and recruitment SOPs.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
