Role & Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
- Drive sales of commercial vehicles through dealers and direct customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, fleet owners, and corporate clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze market trends.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and after-sales support.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Graduate in any stream.
- 5–10 years of experience in Light Commercial Vehicle Sales.
- Proven experience in team handling and achieving sales targets.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Dealer and channel management.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- Good knowledge of the commercial vehicle market and MS Office.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
