We are looking for Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) to join our team working on ground-mounted solar PV projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for fresh engineering graduates to gain hands-on exposure to solar project execution, site coordination, engineering, procurement, quality and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities
- Support project execution activities across engineering, site, procurement and commissioning.
- Coordinate with senior engineers, contractors, vendors and internal teams.
- Assist in monitoring project progress, schedules, materials and deliverables.
- Support preparation and maintenance of reports, checklists, MOMs and project documentation.
- Assist with vendor coordination, quotation collection and procurement follow-ups.
- Support site inspections, quality checks and compliance with project specifications.
- Assist in resolving site-related technical and execution issues.
- Participate in site meetings and coordinate with different project teams.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality and project standards.
- Willingness to travel to project sites / outstations as required.
Discipline-Specific Exposure
Electrical
- Solar PV electrical systems, HT/LT systems, cables, transformers, inverters and electrical installation.
- Testing, commissioning and electrical quality checks.
Civil
- Solar module foundations, piling, structures, roads, drainage and other civil works.
- Site measurements, quality checks and contractor coordination.
Mechanical
- Module mounting structures, trackers, mechanical installation and alignment.
- Site installation, inspection and coordination with contractors.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹330,000.00 per year
