Job Description – Graphic Designer
Location- Bangalore | Work from Office
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual design, branding, and digital content, with the ability to turn ideas into engaging and high-quality creatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging graphics for social media, digital campaigns, websites, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
- Develop creative concepts and visual designs based on briefs and brand guidelines.
- Design social media posts, stories, banners, thumbnails, presentations, and promotional creatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and performance teams to develop campaign creatives.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, colors, and visual style.
- Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and other visual assets as required.
- Manage multiple design projects and deliver them within deadlines.
- Stay updated with current design trends, creative formats, and industry best practices.
- Take feedback positively and make revisions while maintaining design quality.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in graphic design or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Good understanding of social media design and digital marketing creatives.
- Strong attention to detail and a good eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and translate them into effective designs.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
