VR Coatings Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic AI & Workflow Automation Intern to support the organization in identifying, designing and implementing AI-based and digital workflow automation solutions across all the departments. Student Interns who are ready to work on part time basis are welcome.
The intern will work closely with business teams to understand existing manual processes and convert them into automated, data-driven and AI-enabled workflows.
Key Responsibilities1. Workflow Automation
- Identify repetitive and manual business processes suitable for automation.
- Map existing processes and identify bottlenecks, duplicate work and manual data entry.
- Develop automated workflows for approvals, notifications, data collection and reporting.
- Automate processes involving Excel, Google Sheets, email, forms, HRMS and other business applications.
- Create workflow documentation and process flow diagrams.
2. AI Applications
- Explore practical applications of Generative AI, ChatGPT, AI agents and AI assistants for business processes.
- Develop AI-assisted solutions for document processing, data extraction, summarization and report generation.
- Create AI prompts and reusable AI workflows for HR and other departments.
- Evaluate AI tools and recommend solutions that can improve productivity and reduce manual work.
3. Business Process Automation
Work with different departments to automate processes such as:

- Clean, organize and analyze business data.
- Develop automated Excel/Power BI dashboards.
- Automate recurring MIS reports.
- Connect data from different sources wherever technically feasible.
- Identify trends and provide meaningful insights to business teams.
Preferred Technical Skills Must Have
- Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
