To support our expanding residential pipeline, we are onboarding a fully integrated, highly efficient 3-Member Solar Installation Team consisting of 1 Installation Supervisor and 2 Solar Technicians.

- Hiring Model: Looking for a cohesive 3-person team (1 Supervisor + 2 Technicians) who have a proven track record of working together seamlessly.

Role-Specific Responsibilities1. Solar Installation Supervisor (1 Position)
The Supervisor will serve as the crew leader, ensuring safety, quality compliance, and timely project delivery while acting as the primary point of contact on-site.
- Project Oversight: Manage the end-to-end site execution from structural alignment to final inverter configuration and testing.
- Team Leadership: Direct the day-to-day tasks of the 2 technicians, ensuring high workmanship standards and strict adherence to timelines.
- Technical Compliance: Read and interpret structural drafts, electrical single-line diagrams (SLDs), and layout blueprints accurately.
- Client & HQ Coordination: Coordinate with the Gurugram project office to manage material delivery, address site queries, and report daily progress milestones.
2. Solar Technicians (2 Positions)
The Technicians will handle the core physical and electrical assembly work on the ground and rooftops.
- Mechanical Structure Assembly: Assemble, align, and securely anchor module mounting structures (MMS) on varying residential roof profiles.
- Module Placement: Safely handle, mount, and secure solar PV modules in compliance with engineering designs.
- Electrical Wiring: Execute DC/AC cabling, stringing, conduit routing, crimping, earthing, and lightning arrestor installations.
- Maintenance & Support: Assist the supervisor in system troubleshooting, system commissioning, and site cleaning post-installation.
Crew Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience:
- Supervisor: 3–5 years of hands-on experience leading residential solar installations.
- Technicians: 1–3 years of experience in solar structural fabrication and electrical wiring.
- Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with residential grid-tied and hybrid solar systems, string inverters, net-metering components, and basic troubleshooting tools (multimeters, clamp meters).
- Safety Standards: Absolute commitment to workplace safety, including proper utilization of safety harnesses, lifelines, and personal protective equipment (PPE) during rooftop work.
- Physical Agility: Ability to work comfortably at heights (rooftops) and travel daily to residential sites across Gurugram and surrounding areas.
- Preferred: Teams possessing their own basic toolkit and reliable local transit/mobility solutions are highly preferred.
