Key Responsibilities
- Lead complete factory operations including Production, Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Stores & Dispatch.
- Achieve production targets and ensure on-time customer delivery.
- Improve productivity while reducing rejection, rework, and material wastage.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead production teams and maintain quality, safety, and statutory compliance.
Salary: ₹8–10 LPA (Based on Experience) + Quarterly Performance Incentives
