Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily labor activities and ensure work is executed efficiently as per site requirements.
- Monitor labour productivity and allocate work to achieve daily targets.
- Ensure strict compliance with all site safety rules and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Maintain daily labour attendance and manpower reports.
- Coordinate with senior site engineers regarding labour requirements and work progress.
- Report any safety concerns, delays, or labour-related issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech.) in Civil Engineering.
Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience working on G+2 or higher building construction projects in a site supervision role.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
