The Assistant Showroom Manager will assist the Showroom Manager in day-to-day operations, sales supervision, inventory handling, and staff coordination while ensuring top-notch customer service and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Showroom Manager in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Supervise daily showroom operations, ensuring smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in managing stock requirements, replenishment, and inventory records.
- Monitor team performance, provide training, and motivate staff for better results.
- Ensure proper billing, payment handling, and reconciliation processes.
- Address customer queries and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Coordinate with the head office for stock orders, deliveries, and promotions.
Required Experience & Skills
- Experience: 5-7years in a retail or jewellery showroom supervisory role (Jewellery industry experience preferred).
- Languages: Telugu, Hindi, and English (Required)
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle sales pressure and meet business objectives.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
