We are seeking a qualified and passionate TGT Hindi Teacher to teach Hindi language and literature to middle and secondary school students (Classes VIII–X). The teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, building students’ reading, writing, and speaking skills, and fostering an appreciation for Hindi culture and literature.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Hindi language and literature as per the prescribed curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board).
- Plan, prepare, and deliver effective lesson plans using appropriate teaching strategies.
- Develop students’ proficiency in reading, writing, grammar, and spoken Hindi.
- Assess, evaluate, and record students’ academic progress through tests, assignments, and exams.
- Provide remedial support and enrichment activities for students as needed.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Participate in curriculum development, staff meetings, and school activities.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students’ progress and behavior.
- Integrate value education and cultural awareness into teaching practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hindi or a related subject.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (mandatory).
- CTET/STET qualification as per school or board requirements (preferred).
- Proficiency in Hindi and working knowledge of English.
Experience
- 1–3 years of teaching experience at middle or secondary level preferred.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and teaching aptitude may apply.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong command over Hindi grammar, literature, and composition.
- Effective classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to engage students using innovative teaching methods.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and smart classrooms is an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
