Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Executive Assistant to support senior management by managing schedules, preparing Minutes of Meetings (MOM), maintaining records, and handling Excel-based reporting and coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily calendars, meetings, and appointments.
- Schedule internal and external meetings and send meeting invites.
- Prepare and maintain Minutes of Meetings (MOM) and ensure timely circulation of action points.
- Track follow-ups and closure of action items discussed in meetings.
- Create and maintain Excel trackers, reports, dashboards, and data records.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and management summaries.
- Maintain confidential documents and company records.
- Coordinate with departments for timely information collection.
- Handle email correspondence and communication on behalf of management.
- Organize travel arrangements and administrative support when required.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure document accuracy.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, Reports, Data Management)
- Experience in preparing MOM and meeting coordination
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Commerce / Management or related field
- Certification in Excel or Office tools will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
