About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager – Institution Relations to lead our institutional outreach and partnership initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and strengthening relationships with schools, colleges, universities, coaching centres, and other educational institutions to drive student engagement, brand visibility, and admissions for our study abroad programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to build strong institutional partnerships.
- Identify and onboard new schools, colleges, universities, coaching centres, and educational organizations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with principals, management, placement officers, career guidance teams, and institutional decision-makers.
- Lead a team of Marketing Executives/Institution Relations Executives and monitor their performance.
- Plan and execute seminars, career guidance sessions, education fairs, workshops, and campus activation programs.
- Collaborate with the counselling and admissions teams to convert institutional partnerships into student enrolments.
- Develop annual and quarterly institutional marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Represent the organization at educational events, conferences, exhibitions, and networking forums.
- Negotiate and finalize Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs), partnership agreements, and collaboration opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the education sector.
- Maintain accurate reports on institutional visits, partnerships, lead generation, and conversion performance.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual institutional partnership and admission targets.
- Prepare management reports and present business updates to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
- 4–8 years of experience in educational marketing, institutional relations, business development, or partnership management.
- Experience in the Study Abroad, Higher Education, EdTech, or Training industry will be an added advantage.
