Job Title – O&M Executive (Operations & Maintenance)
Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible, who need to maintain various STP, WTP, TTP plants , one has to look after its operation and resolve issues related by co-ordinating with operators at site
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities of the facility/plant.
Monitor plant operations and ensure smooth, safe, and efficient functioning of equipment
Educational Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in:
Mechanical Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Environmental Engineering
Civil Engineering
or a related engineering discipline.
Experience
Relevant experience in Operations & Maintenance, plant operations, industrial facilities, utility systems, or project/site management will be preferred.
Experience in handling site manpower, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination will be an advantage.
Freshers with strong technical knowledge and a willingness to work at project sites may also be considered.
Technical & Functional Skills
Good knowledge of plant operations and maintenance practices.
Understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance systems.
Ability to troubleshoot equipment and coordinate breakdown rectification.
Knowledge of equipment inspection, maintenance schedules, and operational monitoring.
Basic understanding of HSE and environmental compliance.
Ability to maintain operational and maintenance documentation.
Good manpower supervision and site coordination skills.
Ability to work effectively with vendors, contractors, clients, and internal teams.

Employment Type : Full-Time : 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Reporting To : O&M Manager / Project Manager / Plant Head
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
