Program & Technology Lead @ Vega Basecamp
Location: Muvattupuzha | Start Date: Immediate | Type: Full-Time (Residential option available)
Vega Basecamp is seeking a dynamic Program & Technology Lead to spearhead our Future Pathways Lab (FPL) and CA Foundation programs. This is a high-impact, hybrid role where academic coordination meets technology enablement and student mentorship. You won't just be coordinating; you will be actively shaping future-ready learners.
Core Responsibilities
- Program & Operations Management: Orchestrate schedules, faculty coordination, admissions, and smooth student onboarding for our core programs.
- Tech Enablement & Mentorship: Guide students and faculty in using LMS platforms and AI tools, troubleshoot technical issues, and mentor students during FPL sessions.
- Student Experience: Maintain a high-quality campus environment, coordinate career capability assessments, track progress, and support hostel coordination.
The Ideal Candidate
- Background: Graduates with 1–3 years of experience in EdTech, training, or academic coordination. (Highly capable freshers are welcome to apply).
- Skills: Highly proficient with digital tools (LMS, AI, Workspace), capable of basic tech troubleshooting, and possesses excellent spoken and written English.
- Mindset: Execution-driven, highly organized, and takes strong ownership of their work.
