Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute video shoots for branding campaigns, advertisements, corporate films, social media, and promotional content.
- Capture high-quality footage for corporate events, product launches, exhibitions, conferences, weddings, cultural events, and other live events.
- Produce engaging content including Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, testimonials, interviews, behind-the-scenes videos, and event highlight films.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative, Design, Social Media, Content, and Event Management teams to execute campaigns and deliver high-quality visual content.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative storytelling ideas, shot concepts, and production techniques.
- Operate and maintain professional cameras, lenses, gimbals, drones, lighting, microphones, and other production equipment.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, charged, and ready before every shoot.
- Organize, archive, and back up raw footage and project files to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
- Travel to client locations and event venues as required for production assignments.
- Stay updated with the latest videography trends, editing techniques, camera technologies, and social media content formats.
- Maintain high production quality and ensure all deliverables align with client expectations and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams during shoots to ensure smooth execution and successful project delivery.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of cinematography, framing, lighting, and composition.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom is an advantage.
- Experience operating DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and professional audio equipment.
- Familiarity with drone videography is an added advantage.
- Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Visual Communication, Film Making, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of relevant experience (Freshers with a strong portfolio may also apply).
- A strong portfolio showcasing branding videos, social media content, advertisements, and event coverage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
