We are looking for a dynamic, result-driven, and experienced Sales Operations & Business Development Manager to drive business growth, strengthen sales processes, and improve overall sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Operations:
* Manage and streamline day-to-day sales operations and processes.
* Monitor sales targets, team performance, and productivity metrics.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
* Ensure effective CRM management and maintain data accuracy.
* Track sales pipeline, order management, and customer follow-ups.
* Develop sales forecasting and revenue tracking reports.
* Coordinate with Finance, Logistics, Marketing, and Operations teams for seamless execution.
* Support sales incentive planning and performance analysis.
* Identify operational gaps and implement process improvement initiatives.
* Maintain proper documentation, reporting, and compliance standards.
Business Development:
* Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and untapped markets.
* Develop and execute strategic business development plans.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
* Generate leads through networking, references, cold calling, and market visits.
* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements with clients.
* Achieve business expansion and revenue growth targets.
* Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities and brand visibility.
* Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events to generate business opportunities.
* Develop key accounts and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Sales Operations and Business Development
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Hands-on experience in CRM and MIS reporting
Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills
Team management and leadership capabilities
Strong presentation and client-handling skills
Strategic planning and market analysis expertise
Qualification:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
* MBA preferred
