Qua : B.Arch & M.Arch
Skills : Autocad , Photoshop and MS-Office.
Mandatory : From Residential and Commercial experience required.

This role is exclusively focused on site coordination and execution and does not include architectural design or concept development.
- Coordinate architectural execution activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Consultants, Contractors, and MEP teams.
- Monitor day-to-day site progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Identify and resolve site execution and coordination issues.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.
- Verify architectural works for compliance with approved materials and specifications.
- Review and manage architectural drawings, revisions, and site documentation.
- Coordinate contractor activities and monitor execution performance.
- Track and close snag lists and punch points before project handover.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Support project handover by coordinating final inspections and documentation.
- Maintain effective communication among all project stakeholders.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
